Chapters 15 & 16!

Chapter 15!
Using my sources effectively.
I learned how to go even deeper than just using my sources, I learned what to for and not to look for, what will be effective and not. These are the questions I know ask myself after reading this chapter.
-How can I use sources to accomplish my purposes as a writer?
-How can I integrate sources into my draft? which means "quoting, paraphrasing, summarizing, resenting information and using illustration"
-How should I document my sources?
-How can I ensure I've avoided unintentional plagiarism? which I read a whole chapter about this topic so I am knowledgeable about avoiding it and know what to do in multiple circumstances.

Chapter 16!
Designing Documents.
Learned that designing documents could be very helpful not after the writing process but during.
When understanding the design principles these are the topics that I learned to look for and think of when designing.
-Balance, Symmetrical design creates a sense of stability.
-Emphasis, placement and formatting of elements.
-Placement, location of elements on page.
-Repetition, the use of elements.
-consistency, extent to which I format and place text and illustrations throughout my document.
